Has more that 15 years’ experience in people management in the spheres of recruitment and selection, integration, training, development and follow-up of professionals and managers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Mackenzie Presbyterian University
• Postgraduate diploma in Business Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV).
