Our history

July 2001

Oliveira Campos Consultoria founded by Sebastião de Oliveira. At the time, the company was an extension of his career as an executive and consultant.

2003

Oliveira Campos Consultoria recommended to help an important São Paulo law firm, which turned out to become our first customer in the legal field. Why not?

2009

Fernando Batista joins the Consultancy. He was to become an important partner in the company.

2012

The founding partner gives the first of a series of lectures about law firm management hosted by the Brazilian Bar Association.

2013

Internationalization. Oliveira Campos Consultoria starts representing News Coaching and Training, a Swiss executive development company, and Barnes & Conti, a US company specializing in leadership and negotiations.

2014

First job abroad. Oliveira Campos shows the path to excellence to managers from the multinational corporation Amdocs in New York.

2015

+QPerformance emerges. The methodology completely changes people management in companies and law firms.

2017

The consultancy holds the 1st Business Management Forum in the Legal Market, an event that to date has brought together more than 600 law firm partners and managers in its in-person and online versions.

2021

Oliveira Campos Consultoria turns 20, changes its brand and celebrates almost 200 customers served, of which over 60 in the legal market.
